Risk Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a Risk Compliance Manager to provide support for in-house legal and compliance functions within a healthcare nonprofit. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain oversight of open litigation matters and significant legal disputes Coordinate the collection of documents and monitor case progression, ensuring leadership is informed of developments Review contract management practices and ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in legal operations, risk management, or compliance in a relevant setting Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with outside counsel Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and BAAs Experience managing vendor contracts and tracking compliance documentation Direct experience supporting enterprise risk management functions
