Sales Commission Consultant
A company is looking for a Sales Commission Consultant to provide strategic expertise in designing and administering sales commission plans.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to develop and refine commission plans
Administer the Spiff tool and ensure accurate commission processing and reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries and disputes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance
Familiarity with commission management software is advantageous
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation is beneficial
Experience in a growth-oriented technology company is preferred
