Sales Compensation Director
A company is looking for a Head of Sales Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain pre and post sales compensation structures aligned with company growth objectives
Design, model, and implement incentive compensation plans to drive desired behaviors and align with business goals
Monitor plan effectiveness and analyze compensation-related performance metrics to recommend adjustments
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Compensation within a B2B environment, ideally SaaS
At least 5 years of experience leading a team, including hiring and managing team members
Experience engaging with high-level executives and communicating effectively
Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market frameworks and compensation best practices
Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and optimization
