Sales Development Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a consultative outreach team focused on creating organic engagement and enhancing intent through strategic marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and coach a team of Sales Development Reps
Develop sales, product, and industry skills through coaching and demonstrating sales fundamentals
Regularly report on team and individual results, forecast pipeline, and booking targets
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
2+ years in the software sales space as an SDR Manager with a history of overachieving targets
Proven track record in driving pipeline growth
Experience managing and improving Sales Development Goals
Strong understanding of the importance of automation and personalization in outreach
