Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Account Development Representatives focused on selling integration payment solutions Establish and refine a structured sales process to enhance efficiency and scalability Utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and monitor team performance Required Qualifications At least five years of previous leadership experience Proficiency in implementing and optimizing sales systems and processes Experience in coaching sales representatives to improve performance Strong knowledge of outbound and inbound sales processes Experience with CRM systems for funnel management and sales processes
