Key Responsibilities Fulfill responsibilities of Cruise Consultants in their absence and provide detailed follow-up on activities Process quote requests and input transaction details into the reservation system, preparing leads for consultants Book cruise reservations and provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing issues as they arise Required Qualifications 2-year travel industry experience required, preferably in the cruise market Knowledgeable in Cruise Line booking tools Competent with Excel, Word, and Zoom; able to learn new technology Friendly disposition with a willingness to exceed expectations Cruise Line or Travel Agency experience is a plus; travel school or college degree preferred
