Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of RCM Account Managers across multiple client accounts
Serve as the primary internal escalation point for client issues, collaborating with various teams
Monitor client health and engagement quality, ensuring all contracted services are executed effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of the full RCM lifecycle, including eligibility and payment posting
Experience managing client-facing teams in a healthcare or RCM services environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across dynamic client portfolios
Familiarity with automation tools and EMR systems is preferred
