Salesforce Administrator Specialist
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator & IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce
Act as the first point of contact for basic tech support requests and manage account access
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows while troubleshooting data issues
Required Qualifications
No prior Salesforce experience required; training will be provided
Must be willing to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within the first 12 months
Strong general tech skills and troubleshooting ability
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Experience with tools like Google Workspace or Slack is a plus
