Salesforce CRM Technical Manager
A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Manager to lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers and oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all technical aspects of the Salesforce CRM Platform to support business growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projects
Lead a team of Salesforce engineers, overseeing hiring, training, and project execution
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and proficiency in Lightning components, Apex, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with modern CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Administrator certification is desired
