Salesforce Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Salesforce Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-implementation support and develop a Salesforce roadmap for clients
Facilitate business process review workshops and document user stories with acceptance criteria
Manage User Acceptance Testing and deliver end-user training while ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in analysis, design, and configuration with Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Experience with Agile project methodology and tools, preferably JIRA
Salesforce Administrator certification is required
Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant or CPQ Specialist are preferred
