Key Responsibilities
Manage customer data processes to ensure compliance with data standards and governance policies
Develop and maintain a Customer Data Dictionary with clear data definitions and business rules
Oversee data quality maintenance, including the resolution of data issues and duplicate records
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce data management or CRM data governance
Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and customer data model design
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality metrics
Experience with data cleansing and deduplication tools
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field
