Key Responsibilities Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators Lead project implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer/Architect, including 2 years in a managerial role 8+ years of analyst or business manager experience Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly preferred Experience managing medium to large scale cross-functional technical teams and projects
