A company is looking for a Program Manager - Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain project plans using JIRA and Confluence Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) strongly preferred Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance, must be a US Citizen
