Key Responsibilities
Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for the teleSales group
Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance or contact center industry
Extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting
Experience with various software including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience
