Senior Accounting Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead their accounting function and team. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely completion Oversee revenue recognition for new contracts in accordance with ASC606 guidance Establish and enforce proper accounting methods per US GAAP and manage compliance with various tax obligations Required Qualifications Proven experience as an accounting manager in both private and public companies, preferably in the energy/renewables sector Experience managing small teams and working with outsourced teams Big 4 or tier II audit firm experience, or a CPA/CPA equivalent designation if lacking Big 4 experience BS degree in finance or accounting Ability to work with large data sets in Excel and utilize advanced Excel functions

Ability to work with large data sets in Excel and utilize advanced Excel functions
