Key Responsibilities Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy and present to senior leadership Scope potential new program areas through research, impact modeling, and funding evaluation Develop communication materials and proposals to secure funding for programs and initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking) Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
