Senior Benefits Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Coordinate annual benefits enrollment processes and develop communication programs for employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and employee relations
Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements
Experience in benefits plan design and vendor negotiations
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
