Senior Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries, responding to escalated issues with limited supervision
Collects and tracks caller data, providing resolutions and identifying issues for improvement
Oversees training and orientation of associates, monitors compliance with policies, and handles escalated calls
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
Two years of experience in a similar role
Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting and data entry
No professional license or certification required
