Senior Certification Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Certification Specialist to assist in processing and reporting VA educational benefits. Key Responsibilities Review student records and process enrollments in compliance with VA regulations Liaise with various departments to resolve certification questions and assist students with VA benefit issues Develop and maintain job aids and training materials related to certification processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Two years of experience in higher education, preferably in a Veterans Affairs Office or Student Advising Experience with PeopleSoft and Enrollment Manager is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
