Senior Claim Processing Representative

A company is looking for a Sr. Claim Processing Representative to handle advanced and complex claims processing. Key Responsibilities Process advanced and complex claim queues with a 99% or greater accuracy rate Resolve advanced claim processing scenarios, including COB, ORTHO cases, and TPL Adjust complex claims and process Direct Member Reimbursement claims as necessary Required Qualifications Associates degree and/or four years of experience in a business environment Strong math skills and previous claim processing experience required Understanding of general insurance guidelines Ability to efficiently operate a computer and use Microsoft Office Ability to work in excess of 40 hours in one week
