A company is looking for a Senior Claims Technical Director. Key Responsibilities Manage a significant inventory of claims for complex products or lines of business Conduct thorough investigations, assess coverage and liability, and formulate strategic claim resolutions Analyze and negotiate settlements, participate in arbitrations and trials, and oversee payment issuance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience A minimum of 20 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling Completion of a professional designation preferred, such as Associate in Claims (AIC) Extensive technical knowledge and skills in product and industry Accountable for achieving performance targets and business results
