Senior Client Project Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr Client Coordinator to manage packaging graphics projects and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships across various functional areas Coordinate multiple projects within a division/brand, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals Develop project timelines, facilitate meetings, and communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders Qualifications / Requirements 4+ years of project coordination experience or equivalent education and experience Experience in the packaging graphics industry preferred, but strong candidates with limited experience may be considered Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus Proficiency in project management, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment PC literate with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
