Senior Compensation Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to provide consultative expertise and guidance in compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on complex compensation-related matters and resolve escalated issues
Manage organization-wide compensation programs or projects
Monitor existing programs and tools for ongoing issues and suggest enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Certification in a related area (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR) is desirable
Five years of experience in compensation research and administration in a large organization, preferably in health care
