Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of AI applications and models in the contact center environment
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the AI deployment process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in working with AI in contact centers
Understanding of contact center operations and environment
Knowledge of AI modeling, including weak and strong AI
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and SQL
Experience with various AI frameworks including Nice Enlighten and TensorFlow
