Senior Customer Experience Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of customer journey maps and ideation sessions
Research and document customer interactions and implement improvements
Champion the voice of the customer for a portfolio of products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of professional experience in research and analysis
Experience in interviewing stakeholders and documenting results
Knowledge of driving product ideas from concept to prototype
Willingness to obtain a recognized customer/user experience certification
