Senior Data Analytics Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics, Remote. Key Responsibilities: Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members Develop end-to-end dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making Mentor and coach staff while advocating for the team and presenting deliverables to executive leaders Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data and reporting, particularly focused on STARs/HEDIS 4+ years of technical reporting experience using SQL, SSIS, Tableau, and other BI tools 2+ years of managerial or team lead experience Solid understanding of the software development process, including UAT and QA Ability to work on multiple workstreams in parallel
