Senior Director of Benefits
A company is looking for a Sr Director Benefits responsible for overseeing employee benefit plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and communicate global health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs
Oversee benefit plan renewal processes and annual budgeting in collaboration with Finance
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10-15+ years of experience in a benefits leadership role, including supervision of a professional benefits staff
Strong knowledge of benefits, ERISA, and governing regulations
Experience in an automated benefits environment and familiarity with HRMS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheets and word processing
