Senior Director of Customer Success
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic priorities in partnership with the SVP of Customer Success
Lead initiatives to enhance onboarding, adoption, implementation, and retention within Customer Success
Monitor performance metrics and serve as a liaison between Customer Success and other departments
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in EdTech, preferably in Customer Success or a related field
Experience in evaluating and improving processes with measurable ROI
Strong customer-centric approach
Proficiency in data analysis and executive reporting
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while fostering collaboration
