Senior Director of Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to segment accounts, design territories, and set quotas
Oversee weekly forecasting and pipeline management processes
Drive talent management lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years in operations management for global enterprise software organizations or IT companies
Minimum 5+ years managing teams
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management
Expertise in CRM systems and BI/Analytics tools
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance; MBA is a plus
