A company is looking for a Senior Director of Strategy and Growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of the 5-year strategic initiatives and manage annual planning functions Build capacity for regional and functional leaders to develop and execute strategic impact plans Manage a team of internal consultants and support various subteams within the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in Education, Business, or a related field Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in strategic leadership within a complex organization Minimum of five years of experience in a charter school, preferably in a leadership position Ability to travel to provide strategic guidance to network leadership Experience with analysis, data systems, and/or information technology
