Veterinary Talent Acquisition Partner
A company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting and understand hiring needs with hospital leaders
Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles while maintaining candidate pipelines
Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and coordinate onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment
A passion for pets and people, with veterinary or healthcare experience as a bonus
