A company is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable training programs for healthcare professionals and operational leaders
Oversee performance management processes and drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback
Identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure seamless transitions in leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
10+ years of experience in talent development and L&D leadership within large organizations
Proven success in designing leadership development programs and managing performance systems
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and assess talent readiness
Experience in leading performance management, ideally with exposure to Workday
