Senior Director People Relations
A company is looking for a Senior Director Global People Relations & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop global employee relations, people consulting, and HR compliance teams
Provide strategic oversight and guidance to People Consultants and Employee Relations teams
Design and uphold comprehensive policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance and risk management
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Compliance
Extensive global HR/ER experience, particularly outside the Americas
Expertise in HR legislation and employment law
Proven experience in guiding business transformations and change leadership
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
