A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 9-12 in the Office of Child Support. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing programs and perform research on state and federal statutory and regulatory requirements Draft policies and program guidance materials while providing recommendations for program enhancements Advocate for continuous improvement in child support programs by communicating user needs to project teams Required Qualifications and Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major No specific experience required for Departmental Analyst 9; one year for Analyst 10; two years for Analyst P11; and three years for Analyst 12 At least one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service for P11 At least one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service for P12 Alternate education may include two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services
