Senior Dispute Correspondence Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist in Dispute Correspondence, either remote or onsite in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze written complaints from borrowers and their representatives
Research issues, identify root causes, and execute plans for resolution
Compose detailed responses and maintain comprehensive records of all complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Three years of related work experience in a legal, customer service environment, or residential mortgage services required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Familiarity with industry-specific software packages preferred
Must continuously learn and stay updated on relevant regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and FCRA
