Senior FP&A Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Strategy & Finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly/monthly forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads Analyze actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company Exceptional financial modeling skills in Excel Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements Experience with financial planning and reporting software; Mosaic is a plus
