Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the healthcare space
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through B2B sales
Lead negotiations between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and offer acceptance
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment or a sales-focused role
Experience in B2B sales or cold calling is a plus
