A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Representative to provide support for revenue cycle operations and assist with claims processing. Key Responsibilities: Submit and correct errors on claims according to department standards Process complex denials related to coding and site operations Assist in training new employees and developing department policies and procedures Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations 2+ years of recent experience with Epic (i.e. 2022 and above) 1+ years of experience in billing follow-up and resolving denials Preferred: 1+ years of experience in medical coding
