Senior IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer, responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions and ensuring the efficiency, stability, and security of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and administration of MDM and EDR platforms for endpoint security and compliance Develop scripts to automate virtual desktop deployments and software installations Triage and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining documentation Required Qualifications: Proficiency with MDM/endpoint tools such as Intune, NinjaOne, or Kandji Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID Experience with PowerShell for system automation and configuration management Familiarity with remote support solutions and service desk platforms, particularly Jira Service Desk Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic IT environment with shifting priorities
