Key Responsibilities Lead client engagement workstreams, ensuring adherence to restoration processes and effective resource allocation Act as a backup point of contact for clients, addressing unique challenges and monitoring technical restoration progress Provide daily updates and document processes for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills Competent in Routing/Switching, including static routing and troubleshooting Advanced skills in VMware and Firewall configuration and troubleshooting Proficient in Active Directory management and troubleshooting Expert in XDR/EDR deployment and forensic collections Experience providing technical support across multiple regions and time zones
