Vice President of Renewals

Key Responsibilities:
Own strategy and performance management for customer renewals, ensuring high revenue retention
Lead the Customer Success Operations function, establishing operational KPIs and health scoring
Serve as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and FP&A to ensure alignment on revenue and forecasting
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on renewals and customer success
