Senior Life Case Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Life Case Manager to provide support for new permanent product business and manage cases independently.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate underwriting offers and manage components of the new business process
Proactively communicate with advisors and ensure timely case progression and policy issuance
Serve as a single point of contact for customers, resolving complex inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance process for permanent products
Working knowledge of desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot complex problems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus
