A company is looking for a Senior Litigation GL Claims Adjuster (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action and resolve claims Engage with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution Document and communicate claim activities timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file Required Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe) Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software
