5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within fintech, technology, or payments sectors
Experience driving complex strategic partnerships from discovery to launch
Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, APIs, and emerging market trends
Strong experience in supporting complex negotiations and deal structuring
Ability to build and nurture relationships at all organizational levels
