A company is looking for a Senior Director, Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area Lead - Oncology. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute translational and precision medicine strategies for oncology Serve as a strategic integrator for stakeholder inputs to enhance the oncology pipeline value through biomarker identification and patient stratification Mentor precision medicine scientists and guide the development of integrated biomarker and human data plans Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience Preferred MD & PhD with 8+ years of industry and academic experience Deep scientific expertise in integrating various data sources for precision medicine Experience in translational research and advancing clinical candidates Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements for biomarker development
