Senior Manager, Compliance

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Transparency Compliance. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with state and federal aggregate spend transparency laws and regulations, including data collection and filing of disclosure reports Collaborate with IT and Compliance to recommend process and technical enhancements for data integrity in the Aggregate Spend program Develop and administer policies and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Required Qualifications More than 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree required Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred In-depth understanding of healthcare-related laws and regulations, including U.S. Transparency and Aggregate Spend requirements Professional experience in developing and implementing quality and compliance concepts Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
