A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee the design and implementation of compensation programs, analyzing metrics for decision-making
Manage a team of compensation professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compensation solutions
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in managing global compensation programs, including M&A integration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus
Strong proficiency in compensation tools and HRIS platforms, with advanced Excel skills
