Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Analysts for Tier 2 escalation support in advertising products Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance productivity Serve as an escalation point for ad delivery and campaign performance issues, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams Required Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within Advertising Operations Extensive experience troubleshooting digital ad campaigns and delivery issues Proficient in data analysis using Looker and understanding campaign performance metrics Bachelor's Degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework and experience
