A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for IAM aligned with enterprise security and digital transformation goals Lead the maturity of Privileged Identity Management and manage approval flows for production changes Build and coach a high-performing team of IAM engineers and analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IAM, including 3+ years in leadership roles Proven experience implementing and managing IAM platforms across hybrid or multi-cloud environments Strong working knowledge of IAM protocols and standards Hands-on experience with access governance and identity lifecycle management Experience supporting IAM audits and understanding control frameworks
