Senior Manager, SMB Sales Recruiting
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SMB Sales Recruiting to lead hiring strategies for the SMB Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SMB Sales recruiting team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
Develop and execute a scalable recruiting strategy to support hiring goals across the SMB Sales organization
Monitor key hiring metrics and champion a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience, with 4+ years leading high-volume sales recruiting teams
Proven success in hiring inside sales, SDRs/BDRs, and/or SMB Account Executives at scale
Strong partnership experience with Sales or Revenue leaders, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
Experience in building and optimizing recruiting processes and ATS workflows
Data-driven mindset with comfort managing to metrics and KPIs
