Key Responsibilities Review Conventional Mortgage and communicate loan decisions and requirements to all parties Maintain manager approved turn times on mortgage applications and prioritize urgent files Act as a mentor to Loan Processors and provide solutions to improve file quality Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience underwriting conventional 1st mortgage loans 2+ years of underwriting appraisals 2+ years of underwriting Self Employed borrowers using cash flow analysis A DE from FHA and SARS with VA is required Ability to manage and monitor loan pipeline while working independently
